Unlike a nutritionist or physical therapist, who makes specific diet and exercise suggestions, I will help you make better general choices that fit your lifestyle and are developed from your inner strength and desires.

How Will We Work Together?
During our first session which can occur in person, via phone or Skype, we will discuss your concerns and what you would like to accomplish. The session will range from 15 minutes to an hour. We will answer some questions and forms and establish a rapport. Together you will define your goals and the challenges that have stood in your way. We will outline steps to move forward and establish a schedule to achieve those goals and our meetings.
